Other people bad experience with Electrolux EFC9563X chimney bought from Harvey Norman (Rev: 1.0)

I have been searching for chimney for my new coming home. I have initially thought of choosing Electrolux EFC9563X chimney ($1299 from Courts with free delivery) for the easy clean cassette grease filter, active carbon filter, low noise level, etc.

However, after reading an user "My Experience With Electrolux Cooker Hood Efc9563X" which she bought from Harvey Norman, I changed my mind & decide not to buy any chimney products from Electrolux. I don't want to have the same stressful & upsetting ordeal (折磨) that she had experienced from delivery all the way to installation.
